Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits for salaried associates are administered and insured by Prudential Insurance Company and provide associates financial protection during a long term disability. LTD benefits pay a portion of your income while you are disabled and unable to work due to an illness or injury incurred off the job. Benefits start after your disability is approved by Prudential and you have satisfied the 90 day elimination period. Salaried LTD benefits are provided by Shaw as part of the disability benefits offered by the Company at no cost to our associates.
